My surgery was May 7th: Heaviest weight: 392 Surgery weight: 365 As of today: 296 And I feel good! I'm losing about 2-4 lbs a week. -
I took off the full 6 weeks. I work in a pediatric office that is really busy and I have to do a lot of lifting and bending.

Well, I'm down to 312 as of Monday. I only weigh myself every Monday at work. I don't own a scale at home and don't plan to buy one yet. Thanks for asking. What about you? -

I had a 2 week liquid diet. Protein shakes, broth, sugar free jello and vitamin water. -

Yes, the crushed ice from Sonics has saved me along with freeze pops. I go through a bag in 2.5 days almost. -

Just left post-op appt., down 8lbs in 6 days, I have advanced to Phase 2 which means I can have mashed/boiled potato, cream of wheat, Greek yogurt, soft scrambled egg, cottage cheese, etc and I'll be on this for 3 weeks. Dr said I look great, incision healing wonderful and keep up the good work. I am so excited, I'm going for a walk. Start weight and heaviest was in December-384 Before surgery-354 Today-346 -

Hi! I was sleeves May 7th at DePaul with Dr. Morales. My whole process so far has been wonderful. I go today for my 1 week f/u. So excited. This is something I won't regret. -

Had surgery on the 7th, came home yesterday. Dr. Morales said I did great. I stuck to my pre-op diet. I'm sore but, I'm up and walking. Haven't had to take any pain meds. They took my pump out yesterday before I left the hospital. -

Ok, May 7th sleevers, are you ready? I am! I have to be at the hospital at 7am and surgery at 8:30. This was a tough 2 week liquid diet, but I made it. I know it will pay off in the long run. All prayers going up for all. -
