Last suggestion put yourself of a liquid diet, get u some protein drinks broths etc and do what you gotta do girl. Lots of water too, you can do this.

that's a great price yes, but extremely cheap in comparison to what I paid, what is it called, where did u get it, how many grams of protein etc. Just be careful, sometimes you get what you pay for and either it tastes like crap or it is not the right kind of protein, or too much sugar calories etc. I suggest researching, reviews, or talk to someone who has used it before buying. -

I drink premier for a grab and go, but also purchased Genepro on ebay. Its a tasteless protein powder you can add to anything and one lil scoop is 30g -

Ya its pricey but worth it. I believe a 30 serving container will run about $40 after shipping. I invested in the 90 servings and paid $106 and got free shipping -
I had to get 5 lbs off in 5days for the last weigh in. I drank lots of water, but also took water pills once or twice a day so I wouldnt retain that water. Might be a lil tmi but I am not a regular person I dont have a bm for 3 or 4 days, so I took laxatives once a day for four days to insure I went at least once. I lost the weight I needed to.

I drink premier protein for quick ready to go ideas, but I also purchased Genepro on ebay. It is a tasteless protein powder I can put in anything and I swear you dont even know it is there. It is 30g of protein for one little scoop. Can put it in soup, yougurt, pudding drinks etc -
Waiting for approval now, hopefully will be approved, see surgeon shortly after and hopefully expecting an August surgery

Unless I am going to be billed later idk. I also haven't met with the surgeon yet, I dont see him unless I am approved and ready to have surgery. =/ -

Wonder why you had to pay for wellness consult. Did you not go through a bariatric center? Do they not have their own nutritionist? -

Basic, yes was supposed to be $150 or $175 but they said only $100 because they are part of some program. But like I said no co pays so far -

Wow I haven't paid anything out of pocket yet and I completed the nutritionist classes abd the psyc. They sent my info off to insurance on monday so I am waiting now. Was only told I would have to pay $100 per day for hospital. Idk weather to expect a bill for the rest or if it was included in the "program" -

hello i am also expecting an august surgery. My last appointment with the dietician will be around the first week of august so I am hoping to have an August date for surgery. Still do not have a set date yet. two more appointments with dietician and a psyc eval left before info is submitted to insurance and i see the surgeon. Highest weight is 294 and current weight is 286, Goal weight would be 160.
