Wow, it's amazing you say this.... This was my plan for next week!! I'm getting sleeved Friday, so everyday I was going to clean each room..... And dance to 90's booty music... Lol

I had a brief moment of breakdown while washing dishes and thinking about my Advance Directive (I think that's what it's called). I was thinking about having to explain to my brother my wishes if the worst were to happen and I just broke down in tears....

Has anyone tried the lil protein shots? The bottle says 42g of protein in each one...???

Family!!! I am struggling!!! I'm on day 2 of my pre op diet and its hard!!! I can't get the soups or the shakes they had me purchase down... I need HELP MOTIVATION and IDEAS.... I'm about to go postal!!!! Please help me y'all!!!! Only thing keeping me from crying is the fact that I'm at work.... I've prepared myself for post op but I guess I didn't do enough preparation for pre op. I know the goal ahead and I know what I'm working towards, but this is...... Uuuuuugh!!!! Idk what to do!!!!

Day 5 and I'm feeling better!!!! I go in 2mar for my blood work and pre op testing/ class

Can I have chicken broth as part of the pre op diet?? I just ate some veggies from a Chinese place. Is that ok or did i just cheat ??

Can I use a pinch of salt in my soups?

I just want to cry! What about the headaches??

This forum is like therapy.... I start my two week liquid diet 2mar... Soooo tonight I am having Stuffed Chicken Marsala, Salad, and Stuffed Mushrooms from Olive Garden and a Mega Sweet Tea from Milo's.... And I feel no shame.....
