So in my health guide one of the first pureed meals is a cheesburger 3oz meat 1 slice ff cheese 2tbs beef brth and a half bun.... Tried it yesterday and woke up at 7am litteraly snatching my cpap mask off because I had a bunch of acid in my mouth .... Most of the recipes involve rich foods like that in my book what are some lighter alternatives I can try I believe I will feel like crap the rest of the day

I'm excited as well so much anxiety pre op appointment is the 10th so I take it that's when the diet starts for me -
