I have had aggressive RA since age 20....Im now 41....with some pretty bad joint deterioration ect....had surgery april 22 ....have lost 51lbs...more active than Ive been in years....walking daily....yoga and some weights....been off my meds (which were plenty) for 4 weeks without issue......still nervous but excited that maybe this is finally my ticket!!....havent done panels yet....but three months before surgery my factor was 347........yuck!!......

Made the mistake of eating a bit of spaghetti tonight.......ALL BAD!!!.... Im 5 weeks post.......the cramps are the worst....wont be eating that again any time soon....BAD pasta!!!...No Bueno!!

Sleeved 4/22.....been on stall for 2 weeks.....stall FINALLY lifted yesterday!!!! Yay!!!......still on liquids per doc.....water aerobics 2xs a week.....walking everyday.....

April 22....50lbs down....pre....36....post..14....now at 3 week stall...
