Hello. I'm in the Knoxville area. I having surgery with Dr. Boyce at Turkey Creek Medical Center. I'm very excited too.... A little nervous!! It helps ready these blogs, to see how people feel that have gone thru it!

It's a huge difference!! Our eyes always see ourselves different than others!! I'm impressed and think its a ton different, esp for just 1 month. Congrats!! I'm inspired. My sleeve is scheduled July 2.

Hello all!! I'm new to this blog, but happy to have found it! I'm 36 years old and roughly 100 lbs overweight. I have been approved by insurance and am scheduled for July 2. I am pretty nervous and excited at the same time. I work in surgery so maybe I know too much about that! Lol.... But, it's the recovery time that scares me a little. I'm pretty tough and a hard worker, so I plan on doing just fine. Look forward to talking to you guys. Did anyone out there go back to work after just 1 week?? That's what I'm hoping for. Any advice appreciated for either pre-op or post- op time.
