Had my sleeve surgery April 9th. I had tried every form of weightloss except standing on head until I finally gave up. I was in give up mode for about 4 years and then I began a home remodel which is my very favorite thing to do in life. Well this one nearly killed me. I got where if got down could not get back up, ankles popped each and every step and feet hurt to just walk on them. I decided enough is enough and with two new grandbabies, I had to take control. I looked all of the internet seeing what others had to say. I had friends that had band and they did great, I had a friend that did bypass, lost the weight and then gained all back so had to be sure this is what I wanted. Made up my mind and now in post op, downhill slide. Excited so far, just not sure about all of the feelings and "what to do's" Found this website and hope to get on track and go.
