So that's ok to drink 8 oz over time?? My nut says it "grazing " & I don't know what to think!!

Do you guys drink your protein shakes in one sitting?? My nut said i should only drink 4oz at a time. I'm having trouble getting all my fluids & protein requirement in. Any suggestion welcome!!

Thx everyone for the helpful info! I'm 6 days out now & still not sure what I feel. Big learning curve. The emptiness I feel & my nut told me the same, eat protein every 4 hours, so that's what I do. Good luck to everyone! We can do this!!

Hey!!! I'm a may 9th sleeve! Still in the hospital. Pain was terrible. Feeling better this evening. Took a lot of pain Meds & walked as much as possible. My nurses & techs are AWESOME!! Big props to the pediatric nurses at Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco NY. And yes I said pediatric--they recover all of Dr Roslins' bariatric patients.
