Day 4...not feeling so hot... I'm not even hungry anymore for the protein shakes... I feel like they make me sick... I'm having a tough day please help... On the verge of crying.. :'(

Day 4 of preop diet.. 5lbs down, 6 days till surgery!! I'm nervous, excited, terrified and anxious all at the same time... Lol.. This journey is going to be a roller coaster... Ahh here we go...

It's whey protein by body fortress I got it at Walmart they were only 16 bucks for a 31oz jar. I mix the chocolate with 8oz of coffee in the morning with sf hazelnut creamer.. It's like a cafe mocha. And then I make a iced one in the afternoon. :-)

I don't start my liver reduction diet till Saturday so needless to say... Going to be some food funerals. I did however try the protein shake this morning. Surprisingly it's not bad at all... I'm mixing mine with silk almond milk.. And felt full. :-D August 6th is coming up so fast!

They have me starting the liquids Saturday July 27 and surgery is on the 6th...not sure only 10 days and not 14...not complaining thou... Lol -

Hi! I'm the same build... I have been active and called "big boned" all my life.. I am 5'4 245 lbs and I'm scared and nervous I'll have loose skin.. But I also think being big boned will help... Please let me know my surgery date is August 6th! :-D Thank you for the input! -

I just got approved this morning and they had an opening.. So my date is August 6th! Im very excited an nervous.. But I know I'm in good hands! -
Good morning!! I'm new I have just made the biggest and I'm thinking best decision yet. I am going to start my classes next week and want to get the sleeve done ASAP!! I'm very scared and nervous though my coworker just got it done and she's doing so well... So I'm excited to see the results of my journey.
