Hello everyone , its finally over and i made it through...I must say surgery went great no problems , i got out of bed after it and walked the hospital floor 6 times , i felt good,As far as the gas wow gas x is my best friend , And another thing the noise that your belly makes it unreal there is like a band in there just singing,I must be honest today was not such a great day for me, I was starting to feel depressed on whats going to happen for me in these next few months as my body image does change,I think its a scary process to go through and i am so thankful for this forum for me to learn , thank you so much

No not at all no problems with that at all. I take baby sips lol i am still On my 2 week post of liquids , i have been getting lots of ideas to mix things Up it does get boring, alot of drs are so different on post op diet, just do whatever You dr tells you , Go into this very happy

Not to much pain i had, lots of gas that was about it ,one thing i can say is a pillow will be your best friend it helps so much just holding on my belly, i was in the hospital for 1 night...

Oh no why still no sick ...I am so sorry hang in there you will get better dont give up

I love pure protein there already pre made

I find pure protein that's already made already-is very smooth and easy to drink ...The one I make in my bullet is think and foamie try pure protein dribks

I take stool softener and it helps I am post op 4 days today I went this morning

I hope soon cause I have the same

I am crushing my pain pills only all the rest are tiny

Mine is post op day 3 I still have bad gass it's normal just keep using those gas x striips

I agree with you after I drank orange crystal light and fruit punch made my belly hurtI just am going to stick with peach tea

I am 3 days post op!!! For sure lots of crazy weird noise coming from my belly gax x strip woks great!!I had nausea one time thank god...I do find it some what difficult to get all your protein in, My nervous are on over drive I just hope this all passes soon !!!

I was sleeved on the 10th , I must say its a weird feeling when u drink at first lots if bubble feeling I am sore the one thing I can advise you on get a pillow to your belly that will be your best friend

I feel the same way drink just a little sip at a time
