I hate the protein shakes!! Lol but i manage to do 3 4oz serving a day (a 12oz can of go lean) i can consume crazy amounts of water with i was worried about at first bit my doc said its all good? I work and go to school so Im out of the house 16 hours a day mon-fri i bring 2 44oz jugs of water with me when i leave the house and still drink more than that most days! I am juicing and do soup but am scared to do anything more. Im taking the bariatric vitamins and tons of b12 so I feel pretty good and hopefully my weight loss will pick up more when i add in a 30 min run every morning?
