I am doing excellent!!! My sleeve date was May 13th and I am pain free ,Thank God!! ..I must say the 1st couple days was a struggle with holding down liquids but once I figured out a regiment and relaxed,I was on a Roll ..so happy with my decision and looking forward to a Healthier Me!! @Doreen,try the unflavored unjury with a fruit punch sugar free beverage,or any sugar free beverage you May like, that seems to taste alot better for me ,good luck

Hi everyone,hope you all are doing excellent!!! I am 5 days post op and appreciate all the information you all are providing .. my question is how soon can I start eating the unjury chicken broth after surgery? I only asks because I thought I was not supposed to have any foods with sugar but unjury has 3g listed under nutrition facts :/ is this small amount ok?? Please help

@KTB1128Wow,I also quit smoking 3 months ago,that I must say was harder than this liquid diet BUT it feels amazing to know I quit and now I'm better because of it ... well my liquid diet consist of this protein mix "UNJURY", its not too bad I chose the chicken broth flavor for lunch and dinner and the vanilla mix for breakfast, also can eat oatmeal, sugar free pudding or jello and raw vegetables :/ not too bad lol its a mind of matter thing , YOU CAN DO IT,just pray and remember your doing it to help towards a successful surgery

@KTB1128,I am coming upon my 2nd week of preop diet, also scheduled may 13th, its weird how each surgeon has different preop requirements, but so far so good after the 2nd day of liquids your body gets use to it ...best of luck you!!

I'm on my last week of my pre op diet,surgery scheduled for May 13th, viewing everyone's story has really motivated me and also help to calm my nerves .. So excited counting down just praying for a successful surgery and healthier lifestyle ...Best of luck to everyone,God Bless!!

Hi May sleevers!!! I start my preop diet April 29th Unjury shakes 4 times a day along with a choice of sugar free pudding or jello, raw vegetables basically nothing i can get excited about lol...but I'm praying all goes well I'm scheduled May 13 Yayyyyyy....best of luck to everyone
