  1. Very likely and nice incentive to stick with it. Probably won't see that drop every day but ya never know!
  2. Ha! Was thinking the same thing
  3. Insurances are all different for sure. Did you call and talk to someone? If mine was 50 or over I did not have to do the 6 month program before hand BUT since I was just under that number I had to do it. If I had gained about 8 lbs I could have had it done much sooner but I couldn't go that route as I've never tried to GAIN weight on purpose

    Crystal Light sickness

I really like the syntrax nectar protein powder. I find it not quite as sweet as the Crystal Light. The pkg I use is 100 cals but 23g of protein. I fill my 20 oz water bottle with water, ice the powder and shake. I use it as breakfast as it's handy for me being on the road at 6am and it lasts me quite a while even being pre-op. The only flavor I didn't like was a sample the Dr gave me of Cookies & Cream:( Have tried and love the lemonade, pink grapefruit and strawberry/kiwi.

    very irritable

That comment would have totally bugged me too and is something that would have come out of the mouth of my ex. Actually now that I think of it... it did come out of his mouth even when I was back to 110 lbs after having kids;) Go figure! But since yours is still your hubby I'd probably let him know that you know what you're doing:)

    I Need a Bake Good!

I'm still pre-op but just ate one of my pre-diet snacks which is a large chocolate chip cookie from my Drs office. It's 165 cal and 14 g of protein for the 1 cookie. I don't know if that's something that would work for you at your stage. I see them on NashuaNutrition website for 11.99/box of 7. They are 9.50/box where I get them. They are not quite like I would make from stratch but really not bad. Total carb is 14g/dietary fiber 1g/sugars 5g

    Stalling 1 week post-op?

Oh my word you lost 18 lbs in the first week??? I think that's wonderful! I'm guessing you're body is trying to adjust to that huge sudden drop.

    Taking all vitamins at once?

I'm not sure the time frame on the iron/calcium combo:( Maybe some post-op people will know the answer to that one! But since you're taking at least 2 of them at other times of the day you'll still be getting most of it absorbed:)

    Taking all vitamins at once?

The iron and calcium at the same time is the only combo I think is a no go. But it doesn't look like yoú're taking calcium yet. The iron prevents calcium absorbtion or at least that's what my peeps said:)
