I had surgery and I think 15 or 20 pound down. I say that cause I am up and and down but we have to stay positive. Good luck -

I just had my surgery 12/12 I know where your coming from with the fustration. Just stay focused and learn alot about protein and shakes and what not to do after surgery. You will have a date in no time. -
I just had surgery on 12/12/13 and I wanted to crywhen i was able to button my winter coat all the way. I had to catch myself from doubting that anything is possible and that just in one week what a major difference.

My surgery was supposed to be on October 24th but was postponed due to my a1c levels being 12 in July. Yes they waited until september to tell me now i have write everything down because November 1st my doctor will tell me if its ok. my concern is what then what do i do the a1c again or does my doctor just give the ok?
-
Omg I took another test not the a1c but a fasting and my doctor said it was too low what the heck looks like no surgery until my a1c is checked. My head is spinning from the ups and downs.

Do you think i should postpone it the surgeon will still do it if my doctor thinks with her increasing my insulin it can go down within a month. -
Diabetes is my motavation to why i made my decision on having surgery.I does some things to my amune system and my eye is swollen almost shut because my body does not heal as fast. I can't wait to be healthy again. I knowit isn't a cure but will definetly be helpful in managing my diabetes.
