you can freeze the pre-made shakes. when your ready to drink it you can thaw it or drink like a slushy type drink. -

Lol same here. yes i have to do a six month sup diet. kind of mad about that because i have been seeing a nut at a weight loss clinic for 2yrs already.

hey there good luck to you also did you already finish your req 3 months of diet? I will be sleeved at st Joseph's if everything goes as planned. I had been attending MNCOME for the past 2 years for weight loss, meds & nut. unfortunately those visits did not count towards my req 6 months
