Here is a recipe for the only shake I have been able to tolerate if you want to try it out
1 Scoop-Vanilla EAS Soy Protein (20 g protein)
1 Spoonful-Maxwell House International Cafe French Vanilla Decaffeinated/Sugar Free/Low Calorie
8 oz-0% Milk (Could use soy milk)
3-4 Ice Cubes
Blend all together....it takes great!
