It does seem like an awful lot to try to squeeze in! Some one suggested cheese strings for a snack...I tried some but they tasted too "processed" to me! -

I love in Roseville MI. I had the sleeve in June of 2012...my weight has maintained at 160 pounds but I feel horrible! Always tired, not exercising enough, not motivated, eating everything I shouldn't be eating....looking for a buddy/support friend in my area.... -

Hi, I know you live pretty far away, but we could swap emails or message each other on here....I def need someone to hold me accountable because I obviously am not doing it myself!! I am maintaining a healthy weight, but go up and down 20 pounds, eat things I shouldn't be eating and not exercising enough....all things I NEED to do, and MUST do but I am slipping -

I too, could use a mentor...sleeved in June of 2012 at 230 pounds, now at 160...my diet is totally out of control, I start my mornings good with oatmeal and a scoop of whey protein... And then bam, by 11 I am hungry and my appetite seems never ending...could you possibly give me an example day of your eating schedule? Greatly appreciated...
