I have been battling with weight issues since i was a little girl...when i became an adult i started to do something about it at the age of 18 after i had my first child and my weight was out of control....I went to multiple doctors paid lots of money only to lose about 85ibs and manage to keep it off but its creeping back on since im not taking the B-12 and Adipex-p aka Phertermine because i can no longer afford it....i just want to be able to get in shape and keep the weight off with the help of the gastric sleeve surgery!!!!
