      Ha ha Djmohr .... I have enough challenges with ice-cream and frozen yoghurt.... stopped eating both! As for a crunch, I have my Cruskits with cream and cottage cheese. So thanks for the offer to addict the Aussies with Cheezeits, LOL but no thanks :)

      Yup, I cannot do ice cream either. It used to be my vice. Nuts on the other hand I am pretty good about. I measure out an ounce and count them in my daily tally.

      I feel like I go in patterns.....nuts will be my thing, then cherries or strawberries or even certain protein bars.

      What the heck is a Cruskits?
