Do your research and interview doctors until you find YOUR fit. Mexico might seem scary to some, but it might be the best option for you. It's the doctor that matters, not the location. Only you can decide.

You can do it! Prep your mind for a bit of pain, a lot of hormonal imbalance, and some frustration. You'll get through it, but you may feel a bit ... not prepared for your emotional and physical state for a few weeks post op. It is worth it.

I think that a "helpful NUT" is a mythical creature. I'm fairly certain they don't exist in real life.

Set a series of alarms and eat a measured out portion at those designated times. Softly scrambled eggs with cheese and butter Refried Beans and cheese Guacamole or hummus (or cream cheese!) on a spoon Crab, shrimp or seafood salad Great quality cheese (cheese sticks are good, but explore brie and gouda and goat cheese and Irish cheddar) There are so many great quality, high flavored foods and while you many not FEEL like eating, you NEED to eat, so you might as well find something you really enjoy. Protein goals are good, Fluid goals are better. You'll get there.

I'm MOST proud of the wonderful young women I'm raising and of all their accomplishments, intelligence, warm loving nature and ability to laugh at themselves. Regarding weight loss surgery, I am most grateful for the opportunity it has given me to get healthy and enjoy my time with my family. We earned our first and second black belts together. We do mud runs together. We run the dunes, we paddle board and kayak, we lounge at the river and the beach, we spend all day at the mall and the museums. I have no doubt that WLS has given me a second chance at life and for that, I am thankful.

We usually grill teriyaki salmon and mixed veggies for Father's Day because they are a favorite of my dad and husband. I'll have Asian cole slaw and salad for add ons, but I usually stick to the grilled foods. Dessert will be strawberries, watermelon and angel food cake with whipped cream. I'm not a dessert eater, so... Summer is almost too easy when it comes to a bariatric menu.

I shopped consignment on my way down. It was cheaper and I didn't feel bad when I only wore things 3-4 times before it no longer fit. Enjoy the journey, not just the destination. Looking good at all sizes encouraged to to stay on track.

I buy all the clothes. High end consignment, Forever 21 and American Eagle, Anthroplogie, Urban Outfitters, H&M... All the clothes, all the places.

I could stick this in a few places. And this is appropriate.
