    When I eat ice cream or rich cream based soup, I get sweaty, chills, and I immediately have to poop AND vomit at the same time. It sucks.
  11. Crackers are "slider" food for many. Think about it this way -- if you put two cups of crackers in a blender and grind them up, you'll end up with about 1/2 cup of crumbs. If you put two cups of dense Protein in a blender and grind it up, you'll have close to two cups of goo. Crackers aren't ideal. You need to eat protein first, then veggies. You will feel your capacity a lot sooner.

    Lunch & Work

    I buy great quality lunch meat sliced extra thin, add a slice of good cheese, an avocado wedge and make roll ups. Salami and provolone, roast beef and harvarti, ham and cheddar, turkey and pepper jack... so many options! I do chicken salad or ham salad, seafood salad is great, shrimp salad is a favorite. Sometimes I just do chunks of cheese, almonds and pepperoni or chicken strips, olives and feta. Definitely lots of options available.

    I'm not judging your actions at all. It's your journey. That said, if you are going to bring up potentially dangerous or risky dietary decisions, you have to expect people to comment on them. You choose to interpret how to read and more importantly, how to react to those comments.
  17. It took me a year to get up to 800 calories a day. I added a spoonful of Peanut Butter, a few slices of avocado, some full fat cheese, a handful OD almonds... anything calorically dense to help! I'd suggest staying away from sugary carbs like honey, personally. They add calories without real nutrition,.

    Awww...I am so sorry. If words from strangers on an internet forum "have you in tears", the world wide web probably isn't the right place for you. No one here is judging ANYONE for being obese (except maybe swedish fish girl). My biggest take-away from your post above is how low your self esteem is. You won't go on facebook because you feel that you have nothing to offer? Heart-breaking! OF COURSE YOU DO!!! But you can't find your self worth on an internet forum full of strangers. Have you sought counseling? Your body is going to go through so many hormonal changes after WLS. What you feel now is going to be magnified a thousand times and the ups and downs you are going to experience are dizzying. Find someone to talk to if you haven't already. I think it would be very beneficial.
