It sounds to me like you aren't eating enough for your activity level. Have you consulted your NUT about your diet? Do you track and log your foods? Do you know how much protein/how many cals/carbs you are getting in each day? You need more fuel!!

Doesn't it look like some sort of hell on earth but fun all at the same time? You can go around obstacles you don't feel ready for (but I won't dammit). It's a race, but it's not a R.A.C.E. They have volunteers to help you at each obstacle by either hauling your ass up or over, holding your hand on a balance beam, etc. if you want the help. You can go in teams, so I've enlisted a few of my friends who have done this before and can give me a boost, a push or just a pep talk if I need it. It's more about fun and team work than winning. I'm excited!

And can you even REACH the faucet to turn on the Water, squishy face?

I went in on Thursday, home on Friday and showered Friday. Just pat the incisions dry and don't use too hot of Water. It could make you light headed.

I am totally a quiche girl. I do crustless mini quiches the size of brownie bites. They freeze easily and I can pop out the one or two my tiny tummy can hold. (Sleever here.) I love poached eggs and I often bake eggs to "hardboil" them instead of doing the stovetop Water method.n They turn out much better and are easier to peel. Non-answer. chicken. Oh!! The chicken or the eggs??

It's not till May, so I have plenty of time to get ready. I did a Pretty Muddy in September and it was fairly easy. Look for one of those as a starter race if you are nervous about it. It was a great time!

I have a friend who is taller than me when sitting but shorter when standing. She has a longer torso than I do so it makes sense. I've not shrunk a bit. Perhaps because I don't have much to lose in the height department?
