Nope. Happens randomly. No idea why. Seven months out and I'm still cautious. -

How often do you weigh?
LipstickLady replied to Holly Lewis's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
Two or three times a day but it never upsets or stresses me. I consider it step exercise. -

264 to 164! Exactly 100 pounds lost since 5/16. I've been stuck here since NYE, but I'm thrilled. Size 20 to a loose size 10 at 5.3! I'd love to lose about 15-20 more which would but me in a 6? -

Here's something I hadn't considered
LipstickLady replied to Teachamy's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I am 7.5 months out and still struggle with this a bit unless it's a thick soup. It's much better than it was at 3-4 months out, though. -

Bad: Stopping to check myself out in every mirror I pass. Good: Stopping to check myself out in every mirror I pass. True story! -
That's fab! And it only gets better. Exercise is where I notice my biggest body changes, too. It's fabulous!

Does your husband/boyfriend love plus sized woman? And now?!?!?!?!?

My husband is happy as long as he gets to grope my boobs or bum no matter the size of 'em. -
I made homemade pudding pops. YUM!

:faint: The best revenge is happiness, because nothing drives people more crazy then seeing someone actually living a good life.

Can you buy me some milk while you're out? I forgot it and I don't feel like going back. It's cold.

Yes, too much food on WWs and your experiences are going to be too much different IMO for others to relate to. I know our WWs meetings are not at all supportive of WLS unless someone is trying to lose regain and they routinely spoke out against it. But if it's the structure you need, you know your body best! -
You will be able to go to the store within a day or two of going home. Do NOT buy a lot. I still have a cabinet full of stuff I knew I had to have. Sigh. It's funny how little desire you have to eat, how much your taste for things change and how much more your fat mind thinks you are going to consume over reality. A few shakes, a couple of G2s, some Jello and/or popsicles and you are set.

I personally think you are spending money you don't need to spend. -
Zumba addict here!! I totally suck at it as I've only been going for a a month, but every class is pure fun and entertainment. I am so busy trying to keep up, I don't care what I look like or if anyone else is looking at me. All ages, all sizes and all fitness levels are in there as well as all skill sets. My biggest focus is finding someone who knows what they are doing and following them. I am getting some of the moves down but I can tell you that I have a LONG way to go. When I leave Zumba, I am drenched in sweat and I am exhausted, much more so than any other cardio workout including my beloved kickboxing. I have no doubt that as I get better at it, the workout will only be more intense because at that point you can let yourself go and really move as you are no longer working so hard just to go in the right direction. I can totally see why anyone would feel intimidated, but I promise you, you won't be the first one to suck at it and you won't be the last. Learn at your own pace, move at your own pace and have a great time! Every class brings new challenges and giggles. I love every minute of it.
