    I didn't order pancakes.

When I bend over braless, mine look like two stretched out socks with rocks in the toes. It's not pretty.

Why Am I Not Losing Weight?

Wait, what? Someone lost 27 pounds in the 9 days post op?
  3. Don't be upset about the results you didn't get with the work you didn't do.

The tough thing is, I put in the work. ALOT of it. Focus on diet and getting the correct nutrients in. I work out several times a week, including Crossfit training. And I haven't dropped more than a pound in almost 2 months. I am about 10 months out and am getting a bit frustrated with the lack of movement on the scale. I was cruising along with my weight loss, and even hit my surgeons year goal at my 6 month mark. Not sure what else to do at this point. Will be setting up a meeting with the nutritionist and my Crossfit coaches for some help.

@Zoey716 -- I'm happy to see you're not just venting about your frustrations but actually doing something about it. Way to go girl!

And @LipstickLady -- I want to get this put on a shirt! Thanks for the motivation!

    Stall posts in PostOp forum

Because it would take all of my free time. I move them when I have time and see them, but I can't spend all day moving things around. I'd stab myself in the eye with a fork.

    Help me pack for surgery!

My most important items? Extension cord for my chargers and lip balm.
  6. Wait, what!??!?!?! You heard all this at 190 pounds. Hell's bells! I am your height and never heard ANYTHING like this 75 pounds heavier. EEEEK!
  7. Sleeves don't generally stretch without a lot of abuse and the stretching is minimal at best. Most sleevers can eat very little at a time but even with this ring, grazing can be abused and that's generally where weight is gained.
  8. I don't see the advantage of banding a sleeve in that pamphlet.

Cheated every day of 7 day pre op diet

I am so proud of you, @@BeautifullyCreated1982 and I hope you are proud of yourself. You took some constructive criticism, put emotions aside, understood the message and ran with it. One day at a time and if you can't manage that, one hour at a time. That's all we can do!

    Any Richmond, Va sleevers?

Used. I am 21 months out so I don't do shakes. I was doing them as meal replacement to get through the mushy stage. For about my first 3-6 months and then I was done with them for good. I drink them occasionally now, but rarely.

    Any Richmond, Va sleevers?

I didn't do powders at all. I am far too lazy.

    Any Richmond, Va sleevers?

Premier Protein is at costco and they are good. Personally, I prefer the EAS Carb Advantage that you can buy at Walmart or Sam's, The rich dark chocolate is really good, and not too sweet.

    Pizza ughhhh

Meh. Life is going to happen after surgery, too. Get used to it. That said, sexy time doesn't have to happen on pizza night.

    Non-Morphine Pain Meds....concerns

I'm allergic to morphine, too. Didn't need it. I have no idea what they gave me in the hospital, but I was out in 24 hours and off pain meds right away.

Cheated every day of 7 day pre op diet

You seriously edited your post to call out specific people? Wow. You know what, though? You're right! Everyone should pray/wish/hope/aspire to adhere to their plan as well as @@Kindle has. Why in the world would you want anything less for yourself? I'm certainly not perfect but I can tell you that I followed my surgeon's preop plan to the T. Well, no, not really. I lied. He prescribed it for two weeks. I chose to do it for a month.

    FYI. Surgery doesn't change that.

    Old Habits

Find another way to deal with stress. Knit, run, pace, journal, kickbox, sauna... Eating is not the coping mechanism you want to turn to.
