Right, I don't regret having it done, it's just different making social plans right now. We always go to my BF parents for dinner that has to change, can't go for a drink or for coffee...I'm resorting to mini golf

I'm 20 days out, I didn't realize how much everything we did revolved around food.

I have a desk job too, I thought I could get away with one week I was wrong. The first week is all fluids and you are so tired and I was overwhelmed with just getting my fliuds in, I'm grateful I took two weeks

I start work next week, how does everyone do the shakes on the go, I'm contemplating bringing a magic bullet but there must be other ways. Any good portable foods, I'm going to try cottage cheese today fingers crossed. I was sleeve April fools day and have lost 20 lbs due to all the fluids
