    Not doing so well

Thanks guys. I have lost 70lbs but I haven't really lost hardly any on like 6 weeks and I have been eating bad. I think i will go on a protein shake only diet for a few days just start getting back on track
  4. I'm 5 months out and haven't necessarily been doing that we'll last month or so. Any advice on how to get myself back to eating better and I remember something people did to help them eat less.

    I wish I hadn't seen this forum....

Just remember this is kinda like working customer service. You don't here from the happy people nearly as much as the unhappy ones. I had no major issues.

    When did you have surgery?
  7. Your stomach is more on left side. Could be Gauley bladder or appendix. Could also be gas. If it keeps hurting have it checked out
  8. Baked potato and some chicken
  9. The slower you lose it the less loose skin you will have. I also wish I would lose it a little quicker but just remember how long it took to get to that big weight
  10. I had 2nd thoughts a few years ago and backed on and then had my surgery 6 weeks ago. The benefits definitely out weight the negative.

    Side sleepers?

I cold at about 10 days. My right lower incision hurt everytime I tried sleeping on my right side til then. Sleeping on my back caused a whole new set of back pains
  12. I had short term disability so I took 4 weeks. I definitely wouldn't have been able to go back after 1 week. Really I think it depends on what kind of job you do. Take as long as you can so you can adjust to your new lifestyle. I didn't experience alot of pain post op either.
  13. Don't weigh so often and do some exercises
