Yes I am quoting yself. LOL Yesterday when I posted this for Kat I thought that it was Thursday...this morning when I woke up I thought today was Friday. Then I read Kats post and realized I am a day ahead of myself. Ugh, I'll be OK. So let me say it again: Kat-you'll be in my prayers tomorrow! Suzie-thanks for the kind words! YAY...189 this morning! I got on twice and it was 189. What a relief. Now it won't be a problem to stay away from the scales a while. Actually it is the fear of seeing 190 again, so I will just stay away until TOM is over. It hasn't even really started yet...but I know it is going to rear its ugly head soon. My next mini goal is 17something by my b-day (Feb 19th). It is possible. Now I can go to work today with a smile on my face! Come on all you girls that are stuck...you can DO IT! Ugh, I am SO jealous of the fact that most of the posting is done for the day by the time I get home. I feel like a bastard at a family reunion..LOL I wish I could be a 9-5 poster Oh well, I will just talk to myself. Hi Kat...great to have you back. Things are not the same with you & Judy gone! Well I did get to finish my book at work today. The boss was gone so we just relaxed. I do the A/R for an oilfield company. It has been kind of slow lately so when the boss is gone we just relax. There was not anything that could not wait until tomorrow. He (the boss) doesn't really know how I do what I do...he just knows I must be doing it correctly and in a timely manner because corporate isn't calling him complaining about anything. That is one of the perks about doing what I have been doing for so long...he and I have a mutual respect for each other and he knows that I will get the work doene and he leaves me alone to do it. I read sometimes when he IS there but I try to hide it better because if he thinks I am bored he will just give me some assinine stuff to do that he doesn't wanna do. So when he is gone I have the freedom to put my feet up literally. Everyone have a great night!!

Jenn-aww I am so sorry. That is the aunt that was in the hospital not too long ago, right? I will keep you in my prayers. Judy-ouch! I hope you feel better this morning. Falling down always hurts but the older we get it seems like it hurts worse with every passing year! You might wanna get it looked at!! Take care! The scale peeked on 189 this morning...but the next 2 tries were 190...I will claim 189 when it doesn't show 190 at all! It was still fun to see the 189 though. Makes me realize my scale WILL show that number. Monday....ugh. Oh well....at least I will have loads of work to do today so it will go by quickly. Everyone have a great day! Thanks Tracy & Terri...pics are tough for me cause since I have lost weight and the chinS are gone, my face looks so LONG (not to mention the turkey gaggle I got going on). I just look so pale & washed out. Kind of like how I feel LOL Terri-it is beautiful today. I have been reading all day. I know I should be out & about but I did that yesterday and today was my day to just read while I wait for my sis to call to come meet her halfway to pick up macy. Judy-hate to hear about the PBing on the cruise. It is funny how junk food seems to just glide down though. Wea re so glad you are back! Jennifer-you win the weird dream award! I had a really strange and scarey dream regarding my dh and my ex husband...but since this board is PG I will just keep it to myself. Freaky though. Pamela-you probably really needed that rest. YAY everyone for the successes on CTCD!! Laura-I agree with Terri....talk about a life change! They are so worth it but if I were you I would wait too. I did not have my dd until I was 38. (kind of late I know, but I did not think I could have kids...surprise!!) Now, I am glad that I had all of those years before she came along to do exactly what I wanted to do and when. Freedom to jump up and go somewhere spur of the moment is really underrated!! You are still young....enjoy yourself! Everyone have a super evening!!

Terri, Jenn & Pamela and Jane-Thank you guys so much. Yes I try to be modest about it because I do not like to come off as if I am gloating. I am very proud of the accomplishments. I just try not to mention every pound. I don't want to sound self righteous. But I am very proud :whoo::whoo::whoo: Part of it may be the old mind set of "don't say anything for just in case I gain it back". I remember those days too well. Deep down i know the weight is off for good, but the fat girl mentality is still in my head. Probably always will be to some extent. I sure wish Amanda would check in with us!! Pamela-thanks for the shakin boobies!! Made my day!! Terri-clothes? well I went to walmart and bought about 4 pairs of 12/14 (not W) jeans. They have elastic, but only in the back, not all the way around. They are starting to get loose, but still wearable. I am going to get some 8/10s and see what happens. I have not worn that size since probably, well, never. As far as shirts go I still have to wear XL because my upper half is larger than my lower half thanks to my V shaped body. But the upside of the XL is that I was in 3X and 4X before the band I wear mainly t-shirts because that is just the kind of laid back place I work. Thank God. Jennifer-what have I been doing? I just make sure I do not eat any bread, rice, pasta (at all) no sodas, I get in about 50-60 grams of protein, mainly with slimfast low carb and I make sure I eat no more than 900 calories per day. Oh, and crystal light and water till I think I am gonna puke. When I wake up I have the "for just today" attitude. For just today, please God let me stay away from the bag of Honey BBQ Doritos in the kitchen...my goodness those things ROCK! LOL Thank you ll for being so supportive. I really could not be doing as well as I am without ya'll. I have said this before but I will say it again....sometimes it is hard for me to type in a weight loss in here because I know that there are some that have been stuck on the same numbers for so long. I feel kinda guilty. But, I got a real tongue lashing (especially from Judy) last time I said that. So I promised then I will continue to post my losses. Everyone have a great evening! Drumroll...190 this morning! Even if it is because I did liquids yesterday I do not care...I have now moved into the "slightly overweight" catagory on the BMI thingy. How cool is that. Hi everyone! I went and got .5 added. I am now at 1.5 and right now I am starving! I have to do mushies today & tomorrow. I had not "lost" any of my last fill but she said it was more than likely due to the weight loss making the band loose. That is what I thought too. She had a harder time finding the port than she normally does, but it still did not hurt, thank GOD! Tracy-so sorry that you are missing the concert. I would give my right arm to go... Michelle-way cool NSV. Feels great, right? Even though I am married, I like those kinds of NSVs. Just because we are on a diet doesn't mean we can't look at the menu, right?
