Lost interest in coffee to.. I drink 3 cups green tea now with milk tastes real good.

Im 3 weeks out and probably dont get 500 a day lol

300 bux when i was approved. For nutritionist for a year and unlimited meetings with group and 90 days with Dr no copay. I dont go to meetings. I dont really need support. Psychologist wanted $200 deductable but i complained and paid nothing i sent them the 19 bux my insurance sent me for out of network. Hospital probably will be 300 bux deductable. Surgeon got paid 1775 from insurance ( so cheap ) and hospital bill is 66k but dont know how much they got yet. So out of pocket for me so far is 300bux and maybe another 300 for hospital deductable.

Same weight as last week 270 on the dot. Oh well. Must of stalled. Started at 297.

I think i might have pulled something. I am 3 weeks out and my 5 year old pulled on my shirt and i pulled up and i now have this pain under the incision where they pulled out the stomach. I wonder if its muscles or hernia..

I was sleeved 8/21 and i feel like nothing happened. Of course i hardly eat and my new drink is green tea. The pain isnt much. 4 days of pain meds is all i needed and it was 650mg tylenol. Hospital was the heavy stuff. I thought i was gonna be in pain but nope easy. Im almost 3 weeks out abd havent felt hungry at all. I eat a hard boiled egg with some hummus and dinner wife made chilli.. Powerade is the best drink. Get some blue flavored powereade Zero... Good luck

Ok the hosptial charged 66,000 to blue cross/blue shield lets see how much they pay.. Dr charged emblem health ( GHi). And they only payed $1175. Doesnt make sense the Dr would do this for only $1175. He must get a piece of the hospital payment..

Im 2 weeks as of today down 25lbs. I just drink powerade zero blue flavor have a deviled egg and im full all day. 1 protein drink a day also.. From 295 8/21 surgery day and today 270. I never feel hungry. I guess its different for anyone. Paneta tomato soup will fill you up.

2 weeks as of tomorrow today had 2 meatballs puree in mothers tomato sauce. It was like eating sloppy joe. Wasn't bad but watching the kids stuff the meatballs with linguini pissed me off lol. I used to eat 2 large platefuls with maybe 8 meatballs lol. So i have 4 spoon fools and my stomach was getting pissed chest started to hurt so i stopped.

I can gulp like 3 shots of water is this normal?
