I am 4 weeks Tomorrow i drink a lot of hot tea. I never feel hungry. I just had chicken in garlic sauce and some broccoli and my chest hurt. Never had that feeling and wont be eating Chinese with the family. I think the garlic sauce is all sugar.. My cholesterol came back 92 today my Dr said stop taking crestor lol. I didnt know..

Yes the old man was right. Many years ago we all tried the no carb get to ketsosis and use the strips to make sure. Well looks like after sleeve we are all on Dr Atkins diet. Lol. I have lost weight on Atkins and ordered the bread years ago read his books. Well have to say the man was right. But the only problem was we never can stay on that diet. Now we really have no choice.

Im 3 weeks post. About 30lbs down. Feel great. You lose it in the face first. Never hungry. I cheated i had the cheese off a slice of pizza. Still protein. -

I take the family out all the time kids love to eat out. I just order soup and take the rest home. Cant wait till im on all foods so i can have a meal and take it home for 3 days of eating. -

Im 3 weeks oit and dont count nothing i eat deviled.d eggs , fish from costco, lots of green tea, some soup, deli meat. I hardly eat because i never get hungry. Oh and shrimp. Lost 30 lbs as. Of today. -
Get some boars head ham and eat it as is. Yummy

Yes had sleep apnea for 2 years never used the machine. Couldnt sleep.. Brought it to hospital and collected dust also. Lol

What insurance do u have for meds? Abilify 20mg is like $1000 a month at cvs. I was thinking of buying from canada. Any ideas?

Yes on 8/21 almost a month. I didnt get a copay bill yet. Maybe $200? Dont know. Hospital charged 66k , GHI paid 1700 to Dr who billed 10k. Anesthesia and other Dr's who bill GHI i dont know yet. Dont Know how much hospital will get from bcbs. Its pending.

Sleeved 8/21 i feel great. I play with my kids now. Take multivitamin chewables, b12 subliminal, carafate liquid ( prescription ) and 20mg omeprazole twice a day. And chocolate calcium chewables from target. Dont like coffee anymore i drink green tea. Went to costco bought frozen fish in boxes. Filet and salmon. Kids love filet with keychup go figure. I only lost 27lbs but feel so different. -
Sleeved aug 21. 297kbs Today 270lbs eating all soft. Some of you are just starting puree? Not much loss..

I feel food going down and i think i am full when i feel my chest tighten up.. I think i was able to eat all that shrimp because i was drinking water with it. I went to costco today and bought frozen salmon and filets. They were in boxes. I baked 2 filet and i only can eat half and the wife ate 1 filet. Good fish.. I saved the half for tomorrows lunch. -

Not really just felt full.. Walked around bed bath and beyond and the mall and felt fine. Ordered the wife an iphone 5c and bought my green tea. I dont even know if i should eat shrimp its only 3 1/2 weeks. But im fine. -

Went to bonefish grill.. What a mistake. Wife had a full dinner i had appetizer saucy shrimp. I had about 12 pieces of shrimp lol. Yummy. Boy did i feel it.. Sleeved 8/21 -
I drink green tea everyday. I sipped for. Maybe 4 days but now i can drink a half glass water with no problem. Sleeved 8/21. Maybe my restriction isnt like u guys?
