I'm not a believer in "all things are ok in moderation." I'm happy not to eat these things now. I'd rather fill my belly up with other things.
And now I order sushi / rolls without rice- yum!

Yes. My hunger is out of control during my TOM. Also, if I run during my TOM, it seems to NEVER end! I just eat what I'm supposed to, track it, and skip the weigh-in that week (because it's never good--- lol).

Today's menu:
B: Protein bar 21g
L: egg w/ laughing Cow& cheese 14g
S: 1/2 apple w/ PB 7g
D: meatloaf and veggies. 21g
S: hot chocolate w/ Protein Powder. 23g
= 86 g of Protein
May add an extra snack before dinner if needed, probably Greek yogurt w/ Protein Powder 14g

Besides not being on medication, you should be able to twist at the waist without hurting. Be safe.

Let me start by saying, it won't give you the life you hope for- it will give you the life you WORK for.
For me, it was 100% worth it, I have zero regrets.
If you're an outpatient, I'd suggest someone stay with you for the first 24 hours. Just because if you were to have a complication, I wouldn't want young children having to be the ones who deal with it (example: death--- yeah, I know that's harsh, just making a point).
Will people guess? Probably so. If you drop that much weight that quickly, people are going talk. But it still your business, not theirs. You choose what you want people to hear from you.

I made a goals/reward list. But I lost weight so fast, I couldn't keep up with it! LOL

You'll find that each doctor is VERY different.

Congrats on your success -- you look great!
Has anyone tried their Pasta yet? I have some, but haven't gotten around to trying it...
Thanks!
And I never knew they made pasta! I'll have to check out the website!

Oh wow. I feel so bad for you guys. I did have my surgery outpatient (which is what I chose/wanted) and had very little discomfort. - no need for any pain medication actually. Hope your journey gets better/ easier!
-
Congrats!! You look fantastic!!!
-
You are doing well. Just keep at it.

24 oz today? Or since Monday?
-
I also had that the first 24 hrs- I don't typically do well with anesthesia.
-
You need to ask your surgeon. Because some surgeons may want you to crush some medications-- however, not all pills are safe to crush!
-
Maybe this has happened for a reason (sounds strange, I know). Take your hard earned cash to another surgeon. There are plenty of good ones who will gladly take your money.

I can't wait to not be "overweight"... Hope I get there one day!!!
