This may not be what you want to hear, but just get it out. Because over time the attacks will become more frequent and more painful (trust me, I TRIED to put it off). And yes, you can die from a sick gallbladder (my grandmother did).
I also had my gallbladder removed a few years ago. It's a quick recovery and very little pain (especially compared to the attacks). And you won't miss the little sucker.

@@jdillon - I just followed my doc's rules & made a few of my own (no rice, potatoes, bread, or pasta). I workout 3 or more times a week (usually everyday)... Jogging, TaeBo, BodyFlow classes, yoga classes, and a few different things around the house (squats, hand weights, planks, stuff like that).

I bought these pants a few days ago and wore them for the first time today!! SIZE 8!!!!!
Whooooohoooo!!!!
I've been a little upset with my scale, but I'm about to focus on muscle instead. I was dead-set on getting to goal before I muscle up (head games, I know). But pics like this help put things into perspective. So, I think I'll throw out the number goal and start lifting ??
Pic: size 18 vs size 8!

So I haven't dropped weight in the last couple months, which is extremely frustrating. So, I think My body may just be comfortable here. I'm considering hiring a personal trainer to kick it up a notch. For those of you who have, any advice?? Specific questions to ask? What do I need to know? Any suggestions would be appreciated. This seems like a big investment, so I want to chose the right person.
Thanks in advance!

Not totally weight loss related (well, maybe a little).
So, on my first day back to work after my sleeve (Aug 2013), my car was totaled in an accident. I had a short moment of panic when the airbag hit my newly healed tummy, but I was fine & so was the other driver. Phew.
And today, I finally bought a new car-- a car I would've NEVER been comfortable in when I was larger.
I think I'm in love... Plus I look totally cute next to it. lol

Some docs don't. Mine didn't. It just depends on his/her belief if it helps.

I enjoy frozen yogurt once in a while as a special treat-- but I would never buy it to keep in my house. It would only make me want more.

Yes, medical professionals tend to dislike tampons-- bc well, who wants to change someone else's tampon?? lol

I keep reading about all of these woman talk about their boob sizes. I know they will get smaller in size but are you ladies working out and working out those pectoral muscles?
I work out 1-3 hours per day including lifting (pecs are nice and strong-- with floppy pancakes attached). I also wear compressions everyday and take good care of my skin.... If you have a miracle exercise to add to my regimen, PLEASE let us know! Have you found the secret and aren't sharing???
