  4. Most instructions would say no more than 10lbs for 2 weeks. But I'm sure it'll be difficult not to hold your baby.
  5. I yell more while watching My 600 lb Life than while watching football! Haha

  7. I didn't use any pain meds post op. So, Tylenol should work. Lol
  8. It's BS to think you won't have loose skin. I'm in my 20's, never had children, workout like crazy, stay hydrated, exfoliate and moisturize my skin.. Blah blah blah... I'm am very much looking forward to my plastics to fix my saggy skin and floppy boobs. I have a few more lbs to lose before then. This isn't something you can always avoid. I wish ppl (especially those who haven't had sx) wouldn't say, "oh you won't have loose skin bc you're young... Or workout... Or take care of yourself... Or don't have kids..." If only they'd see this body without clothes! LOL

    I am officially NORMAL!

Amazing!!! Congrats!!! I don't think I'll get there, but it's always nice to see someone else do it!!!
  10. It doesn't bother my husband whatsoever. But it affects me by obsessing that it affects him. That's my hang-up, not his.
  11. Sometimes I feel obnoxious talking about my workouts or food.... Maybe I am. Anyone else?

LOL! I know the feeling. My suggestion is to go and find like minded folk. There are plenty of people out there that love living healthy lives.

I know they are probably tired of hearing it. I feel like it's ok bc I talk about food and workouts, not surgery and weight loss. But I still don't think they like it. lol.

I think I'll just keep being obnoxious... ;)

    Self - Pay Costs?

$9800 self pay, outpatient in Louisiana. I couldn't see paying over $12000 as a self pay. That would be ridiculous.
  14. Sex better? Oh goodness YES! Light on? Haha, I'm more insecure now than when I was larger.
  15. I depends on the day- today and yesterday I was fat. The day before, super skinny. I don't know if the brain ever gets it.
  16. I was big all my life also. This was a HUGE fear of mine : what would I look like? And would I even like it?? I didn't know what my face looked like under those round cheeks... I didn't know what my body shape would be... That was scary. I just had to keep reminding myself this was for my health. And to my surprise, I look half decent without all the extra weight (in clothing of course). lol
  17. Twice a week. And I also take Colace daily.
  18. Sounds like gallbladder/ duct spasms. It can absolutely start like that, or as just a bit of nausea, or as a full blown "SOB GET THIS OUTTA ME" kneeling on the floor crying kinda pain. Gallbladders are tricky like that
  19. I was a self pay and it was $9800 (Louisiana). Quite a bit of people go to Mexico as well. Some magical people have insurance to cover it-- mine said absolutely never.
  20. OMG! The hip bones! Love those things! lol. My husband can't stop touching them!
  21. Losing weight so fast plays some serious mind-games with you... Last night's one was really shocking (for me) yet funny: My husband and I were laying in bed (this doesn't get dirty, sorry), and he was running his hand along my side and back. I could feel his hand going over lumps. So I was like, "your hand's getting caught on my fat rolls." Him- "um, no honey, those are your ribs. MY RIBS!!!! LOL Of course, I surely thought he was wrong and I kept putting my hand in the same spot where my back fat used to hang-- yep, ribs.
