You need to ask your surgeon. Because some surgeons may want you to crush some medications-- however, not all pills are safe to crush! -
Maybe this has happened for a reason (sounds strange, I know). Take your hard earned cash to another surgeon. There are plenty of good ones who will gladly take your money.

I was shopping at a local boutique this morning and decided to try a few dresses for some upcoming parties & showers. I pointed to one "that's cute." The woman grabbed me a small. "Um, size what?? For who?? Me??" "I'll get you a medium, but you are definitely a small." ....Yeah lady, you're on crack ..... And I fit and bought the size small dress. Holy s#*t!

Salad isn't the best to eat- not a whole lot of nutrition there. You eat a bite. Or you just skip it. I don't mean to be negative at all, but your head might not be ready for this. -

What you do at Thanksgiving? Well, you eat 3oz of turkey and a spoonful of green beans. Simple. -

Always follow your surgeons plan. Tell the NUT to F- off. Sorry, can you tell I'm not a fan of NUTs?? Increasing my B12 (surgeons recommendations) helped with that lightheaded feeling after surgery. -

My doc says never eat more than 4 oz at a time. So, 4 oz. Why test it? What does your doc say? -
On top of the world! I almost hugged her. Lol. I was like, YOU JUST ROCKED MY WORLD!! haha We actually go to the same workout classes, but she doesn't know I was ever big.

Totally understand. It seems like yesterday I was just excited when the size I was trying to squeeze into before surgery (2xl, 20s) actually fit like they were supposed to.

Only my band size went down (a couple sizes)... Until the last 10lbs (then I lost 1 cup size). Will plan to have a lift as well as implants, hopefully within the next year

Thanks y'all! I'm kinda amazed at the transformation myself. I look at photos and can't wrap my head around it. Or sometimes I don't immediately recognize myself in photos.. Weird!
