For my 20 something ladies!

I'm 26. No children. My highest weight was 245. My current weight is 129. I workout a disgusting amount, keep hydrated, exfoliate, moisturize, all that jazz... I look totally hot in clothing. Naked, I look like an 80 year old. I have batwings, saggyness on the belly, inner thighs, and under my armpits on my sides. The girls... Well let's say I just roll them up and tuck those little things away for now. Currently saving the cash for plastics. -
Just got home from my surgeon's office (11 months out)

I've hit every goal he's given me. I listen to all his advice. But now I won't see him until next year, which kinda makes me nervous. He asked me if I wanted to go any lower... Well... Yeah! lol My weight today: 129.3 lbs. My surgeon's goal for next year: 115 lbs. that might be a little low for me as I enjoy weights, but we will see. Topics of discussion today: hair, BMs, Protein, and plastic surgery. Excited about the plastics talk! Here's some recent befores & nows: -

Thank you. My relationship with food has def changed. I no longer pleasure-seek through eating. I eat out of necessity. I can physically do things I couldn't do before (running, burpees, ride a bike). My initial response would've been: no, my whole life hasn't changed. But truthfully a lot of it has. -
Hair loss... Can you relieve my concern
Mrs.RRn replied to Jersrose43's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
It was just a little disturbing. The hair ball in the shower went from mouse sized to chinchilla sized (if that helps). -
Hair loss... Can you relieve my concern
Mrs.RRn replied to Jersrose43's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
So, everyone's different.... Mine started falling at 3 months and I had new regrowth starting at 7 months. It fell out in clumps. It thinned mostly on the sides of my head. Noticeably thinner but not bald. (I did have VERY thick hair before). However, a ponytail wasn't an option bc of how thin the sides looked when I pulled my hair back. And of course I took biotin & used fancy shampoos & got in all my protein. -

So I was a little "bad" this weekend...
Mrs.RRn replied to Mrs.RRn's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I cry foul again with the ID. It must be fake, cause you don't look old enough to drink. LOL I'm a whole 26 years old... Not old, but old enough to dance in a club! -
This past weekend I attended my best friend's bachelorette party in Biloxi, MS, and I was a little naughty: I didn't weigh or measure any of my food, just eyeballed/ guesstimated I wore shorts! Yes, OMG, really. And a short skirt! AND A SWIMSUIT! I drank 4 oz of white wine-- gasp! ... And was totally wasted and crawled back to our hotel room. lol I ate (oh goodness) a dark chocolate covered strawberry. And it was amazing. AND I LOST 2 POUNDS!!!!!! I also got a whole lot of trouble with my ID. Apparently I look a little different than my drivers license, yet I was the oldest one there. lol I was like-- look, here's my medical bracelet... You wanna see my scars?... I'll show you my loose skin. JUST LET ME IN!!! LOL

I wanna be there when you try to board a flight. They'll probably wrestle you to the ground as a terrorist using a phony ID. On second thought....maybe you better get a new pic. Oh please! They actually had to go check the security cameras for me to get back in the casino! I was waiting for someone to just snap my ID in half. -
So... This week made 9 months post op VSG-- LOVE my little sleeve (Mikey). Getting enough Protein but slacking a little on the Water intake (which I'm paying for this week w/ heart palpitations). I'm exercising most days a week, which I'm really enjoying. I've been getting random complements from strangers-- that's cool. And I love walking in heels all day long. Lol. I still don't (and won't) eat any breads, Pasta, rice, or potatoes. I've only lost 1 lb in the past month-- but as long as the scale is moving downward, I'm happy. Oh, and I ate crawfish for the first time since surgery-- yum. I managed to get through King Cake season w/o giving in & I'm finding Lent a little easier on the diet. lol New goals: - increase water intake from 40 oz to 60 oz - lose 2 lbs by the 1st week of May (my next follow up appointment) - save $$ for plastic surgery

I think it was around 8-9 months when I was 100 lbs down. Not quite positive. I just follow my rules-- and no rice, bread, potatoes, Pasta. And I workout a lot. I still have a little more to lose, but I'm feeling amazing! Thank you all !!! I def recommend getting photos takes as a little WTG gift (even if it's family photos) And here's another..
