JJajajaja I was reading and smiling. Lol I totally agree with you. Especially about telling people. I personally told the whole world and there mom. I did get some negetive responses but I could care less.

Yah u have to put some effort in your part to keep hydrated. But trust me after u get all that u feel much better and u will be able to drink more with aLmost no discomfort. It did wonders for me. I dink as much as possible. And I can tolerate just about anything.

Its normal. U just wait it out. Keep looking forward. It will all come off just the same way. I gained like 12 lbs. Yup it hit me hard. But just like that I lost it. So don't worry so much about it.

I had the same feelings. And I wS severely dehydrated. I thouhht I was getting enough water. I wasn't. Everything I tried was horrible. And it was around week 5-6 so I went to the doc and he had me put in the hospital for fluids. Worked miracle. I can now eay just about anything and trust me I try even hsrder yo get enouhh liquids in. I don't want to ever feel like this again. You should go in.

Ya I went through something similar with the bsd breath. It lasted for about a month or so. I was told it was the ketoses phase. We r buring off all the badvstuff in our body. I'm almost 3 mths out n its gone.

My doc said no more ever. Cause the gas will strech your sleeve. And if you try it to early on it can cause a leak. Yah I'm doing so good I do not want to risk it. So I have made my mind up no more coke for ever !! ; (

No u r not!! I have lost 57 lbs total. And boy is the bedroom steaming. I am 8 years younger than my husband. So he just cannt keep his hands off me. I can do thing I didn't now could be done. Lol

I'm new to okc. I've already had my sleeve done I'm mexico and dr brassard from weightwise is doing my after care. Anyone going to their support groups?

Has anyone tried them? Body wraps? And did they work for you. I want to give em a try for the extra skin I have.

Yah I know they do the dehydrating. And that was my main concern I'm mean since we are more prone to dehydrate a lot faster.

I told everyone from day one. I have a huge family and I new word was gunna go out fast so I opted to tell yhem personally. And yes I got everything from u cheated and why did u do it I thought u were happy to that was a great choice and u loom awsome. It wasn't hard for me cause I consider myself strong enough to take anything. I ignore comments of people who don't like what I did. I don't judge them we all have a right to an opinion. I just live my life to the fullest. I'm happy with my choice and now that I'm healthier and happier than ever I don't care what people day anymore. Just keep positive !!

Tomorrow is my big 30 bday and I thought I would be feeling really good. And I don't. I like to party hard on special occasions I guess I cannt anymore ; (. I cannt drink cause I'm 2mth out, I didn't hit my goal. My hubby has to work. I guess ill just have to take it how it comes.

Yup I've been thinkng long and hard. Next year I will do it likw no other. Lol

Well I'm almost three month out and it started the dreaded hair loss. I have always had long hair and cannot picture me with short hair. I tey and wear it up all the time so I won't be leaving hair all over my house. My weightloss has been phenomenal. 55 lbs gone forever. I told everyone because people were gunna gossip anyways. So I figured I might as well tell them myself. My family is huge so yah word gets around fast. I did get a lot of good advise and comments but of course I also got a lot of bad ones. I don't let anything get to me and as long as me and my hubby r happy I don't care what anyone says.

I went on my vacation as well acouple weeks ago. And yes I got that stare cause I only orderd water! But I don't let it get to me. My hubby n I share a plate so he always asks me what I want to eat. I tried ordering my own plate a senior plate but that didn't work it was just way to much. Don't worry about those looks !!

Ya I think that has to do with it as well. But I'm not sure my nut said don't measure or count just eat. And one shake a day should be fine. So I eat only protien things. Ofcourse with this tiny pouch I cannt even finish eating 1egg. But I feel great. Everything is starting to seem normal.

Ah sme here with my family. I've always taught my kids to share so they get a snack or buy treats or whatever and they offer me everything. Lol I just say no thanks. But after a while they started geting mad at eachother and reminding each other that I cannt eat that stuff. Its too funny. I just laugh now.

I barely eat I don't like to keep a journal cause I tried once and I went crazy thinking about it. My doc said not to do it anymore to just concentrate on eatong protien first.

Ok I'm 2 mth out and for week 5-8 I've stalled. And then I was dehydrated so I had some iv Fluid put in. Ok I've lost all that extra Water the next week. Now I relize Im not loosing like I did in the first two mths. I would loose 1-3 lbs per day now its like 1-2 PER WEEK IF IM LUCKY. Does that mean in going to be a slow looser?? but I am happy of what I have lost 49 lbs. And u can realllllly see it. So I guess ill be happy with what I've got. Thanks. After I got my iv fluids in I feel completely normal. With the exception of when I eat. I've learned when to take my last bite or else !! Lol I guess we have all gone through a lot.
