All through high school I was always a size 7/9, Ive always been able to maintain 200 pounds all up til I had my second son then I was around 230 pounds. Struggling with my weight after that for awhile, I tried Weight Watchers, but that doesn't work for me. I come from the Mexican culture, so I could never be able to count my points correctly, so I just gave up on that! I met the man of my dreams back in 2010 and at that time I weighed around 250 pounds, my husband has always seen me as beautiful, the woman of his dreams. I got pregnant with my third child, turned out to be a girl. After I had her, I gained 100+ pounds, and I have no idea why that was, because I was more active than I was before. I started having problems with my knees then my liver, so I decided to go through with the Vertical Sleeve surgery. Now currently I am down 70 pounds and I had surgery almost 7 months ago, and Im having a little trouble right now, I didn't workout for a month due to my schedule, with interning and all, had to keep re doing my schedule to fit my workout in, so I know that I should be down more weight then what I am! I don't eat much, but I do find myself snacking on chips again which I was introduced to Edamame nuts! Which is wonderful because it gives me that crunchy, light salt flavor!! So now Im working hardcore on my diet again! In 2 days I am planning on starting the 5 day pouch diet so I can re kick this diet!!! and get my weightloss back on track!!!! [/font][/size]
