    Ok...will I ever not be hungry.

    If you are trying to survive on shakes that is the root of your problem. Solid food will give you more mass in your stomach than shakes. For example, for breakfast, I eat 2 boiled eggs and 3 slices of turkey bacon. For lunch, I each grilled chicken tenderloins and a vegetable. For dinner, I have grilled fish and a vegetable. If I am hungry in between, I will have yogurt or string cheese. I am not hungry most of the time but I do have an issue with being greedy which is another story. From one sister to another, focus on filling with solid food.

    sweet spot

    When do you know you are at the sweet spot? Is it true that you can only eat of cup of food? Are you never hungry between meals? Are you losing a certain amount of weight regularly? Just how do you know..... I had my second fill on 9/10 and I am definitely not at a sweet spot. I can still eat at least 2 cups of food in one sitting. While I cannot say that I am hungry between meals, I am not full enough or holding my food so that I do not even consider eating. I keep wondering when my true change will come. Don't get me wrong I know that band is a tool and I am trying to control myself with diet and exercise but I want to know when the ultimate help will arrive.:help:

    Got a fill and lost restriction!

    I am relieved to hear that others are having the same experience. I received my 2nd fill on 9/10 and I feel as though I am not restricted at all. I am little down about it because I remain in bandster hell with hope that I will get better results the next time. I keep losing and gaining the same 4 pounds. What a drag!!:cry
  4. Maybe...how much were you filled? I had my 2nd fill Monday and I am at 1.8cc in a band that holds 4cc. I was on clear liquids for 2 days and I am fine now. I feel a little restriction and I am taking my time with eating and drinking but I am not uncomfortable.
