My dr said you can stretch it back out again too, but have a feeling he was saying as a scare tactic. Dr say a lot of stuff that is not based on research just bc they are a dr and they can "practice" on you.

Just remember... Just as before, you can shrink your stomach back down by cutting back and eating less.

At this point, you are ok to be left alone. I know you are upset so take this time to have some quiet reflection and goal setting time. Pamper yourself, relax, talk to God, watch some good movies... And try to look at the positive. You obviously have a good husband and children to be involved in church that way. Even if it is "clean fun". You are not being abandoned, you are being blessed. -

Your morning weight after you go to the barroom is your truest weight. Everything you eat and drink after that will show up on the scale. Just 2 cups of water you drink would = 1 pound on the scale. so just go with your morning weight. -

I had the same problem but it turned it to be gas. I never had wired gas pains like that before surgery so I was paranoid too. If it gets worse just call your Dr.

You can also get large water proof band aids from wallmart. They work really well. -
