Shes just jelous you keep going and keep burning her ass, isnt it funny how your friends all of a sudden are so curious in what we are doing and keep tabs better than we do on our weight while we are loosing? Cause god forbid we should look better than them, we were the safe fat friend. Now what the heck are they gonna do? Dont be hurt by this use it for motivation. People are ignorant.

Pre op they tested my blood for c02 so if I didnt quit smoking a month prior I would not have my sleeve surgery, now post op i smoke the logics fake cigs and a pack of smokes lasts me a week. I am trying so hard but again that too is an addiction. One thing at a time. Maharet, I get your point totally but its not always easy my life is a whirlwind I quit my coffe to one cup a day and drink decaf, stopped eating and down to a pack a week although not great , Im still proud of myself most of my vices are on their way out. I just dont want to go to loony bin for doing them all at the same time. Nagem the pot smoking is on you, its much harsher than cigs so I would tread easy , but if you must continue to smoke your pot I would maybe be upfront with the surgeon and get his take so then you can make an informed descision knowing all consequences. I wish you all the best and good luck to you in whatever you decide.

Btw it was a 2 hour drive, It doesnt last long maybe an hour when it hits but its crazy. Last night I went to bed with a hoodie jacket over my pyjamas ATTRACTIVE lol

The goal weight number
belladona replied to Fiddleman's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Thank you for your kind words of motivation and you are 150% right and I am going to start doing for myself, Although I have no one to blame for my demise but myself. I need to bring myself back to that frame of mind. I have read alot of your posts and it sounds like your doing great with working out and changing and tweaking your body like an art and that is what all this I feel is all about . You are in that zone that mind set where you can make things happen and thats awesome and inspiring. I too hope to be back in that mind set sooner than later . One day at a time. -

The goal weight number
belladona replied to Fiddleman's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hi my doc never gave me a goal weight. We never really even discussed bmi or goals. I picked an ungodly number in my head because all through my 20's I was that weight and I looked awesome im 5ft 7 I had abs and ribs and I was in a great place so healthy, but I was a diffrent person back then, I was minus all my new responsabilities as a mother a wife full time job groceries soccer ect. you get the point. Back then I was exercising a good 3-4 hours a day . I taught aerobics at night and ran. Now I have morphed into this thing thing that I cant even tell you it kills me to look into a mirror. My goal is to take back some time for me no not 3 hours but at least an hour a day. It may sound cliche but my days start at 500am and Im doing for everyone till at least 10pm , but I am going to learn to pencil myself in. Nice post. -
You made a beautiful bride. AWESOME.

has any one else not had success ? :(
belladona replied to cmt49829's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
I think the answer lies deep withen you. You have to want to do this for yourself, you have to want to be ready to make a positive change. I still struggle and yes I feel full but sometimes I just want to eat. I havent been sleeved long but surprisingly I have no problems eating and yes I stop when my stomach says so but an hour later Im sure if I wanted to I could go another round. Just out of habbit. But I make a conscious decision after everything I just volenterily did to myself not too and to work through the brain wanting a little something to munch on just because im bored. Maybe you should go talk to someone about it. But even if you do, I f YOU yourself are not ready to commit, not even going to talk to your higher power is going to help. This ones on you. I wish you all the best, and I hope you work through this and become a great success. -
i too had to do the 6 month deal but I was never put on any diets. Excuse the lines I dont know how to get it off . I started my journey in Dec of 2012 and got sleeved June 18 2013. But once it gets near the end and you pass all your hurdles, everything starts to move in warp sleeve and before you know it your hyperventalting on a really cold OR table wondering am I really ready for this. lol YOU will see its gonna go quik.

When can we have coffee?
belladona replied to huligoo's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
Guilty as charged had a cup day 4 now I have one cup in the morning and decaf it the rest of the day. -
Maybe try KEFIR thick liquid yogurt drink. You need your shakes to give you your protein, almond milk will give you some but its alot of calories for not alot of protein I just checked my hubbies carton and his was 80 calories 1gram of protein, maybe his isnt the best . Im sure theres better out there. Also try Premier Protein shakes thet taste great over ice. 30 grams of protein 1 gram of sugar 5 carbs hope this helps. Good luck.

What can you eat on the puréed stage?
belladona commented on Tiffany0818's blog entry in Tiffany0818's Blog
I agree with the ladies above one thing I use alot of but cant eat alot of is either broccoli mashed poatoes or cauliflower mashed potatoes it has mashed potato consistency but minus the carbs and the cauliflower tastes the same. try it , hope you enjoy it. -
I guess everyones different I couldnt think of food till maybe 4-5 days out . now I an satisfied with a few pureed bites although im upset I cant eat more cause it seams so little but i have the 3 meals an ice pop and one protein shake , and call it a day about 500 calories.
