You what kind of sucks? Tonight I went out with my friends and for the first time in. 15 years ....didn't care what - people thought of me. Because this is the last night I go out this fat...I didn't care. The self hating voices were silent. I'm two weeks from being sleeved. If the rest of my life doesn't have the self hate voice like tonight does. I'm good. I can do this. I'm not scared. -
So the YouTube channels helped a lot when I started this in December. In fact it was one video that made the decision for me. I'm hoping to help people considering this. Since I have my date scheduled I posted the first video I made after the seminar. Now that this thing is in full swing...I'm going to do more.

I was told I could drink 1 month out. That seems crazy! And yea you go on with your bad self! 21 and feeling good. You deserve a cocktail! I find things to be 0 calories on your 21 bday but that's my math. Have a wonderful time! I like the crystal light idea!

I feel like I need a realistic picture of how much I will lose and what time frame. My surgery is july 1. I'm 239 and 5'2. I want to be down at least 100 jan 20. Am I insane? What's the average weight loss per week?
