    I was in for 4 days. It was standard for all VGS patients.

    I had my surgery at at the end of February in Mexicali. I found the standard of care at the hospital to be excellent. Dr. Aceves did a great job and fixed my hernia as well. I think you need to do your research etc. I chose a hospital that provided more care because I am 50+ and figured I might need it. Anyway... only good things to say about my experience.

    I had the surgery in Feb. I haven't had problems with vomiting either. If I eat too fast or too much I have the same problem. This has been really acute in the past few weeks. I'm learning that the instant I feel that wierd "pressure" when I'm eating I need to stop. It doesn't matter how much has gone in. I've heard this happens to many sleevers. Hope it gets better.
