Unjury Chicken Soup flavor was very good. Their Vanilla was very good too. Six Star chocolate from Wal Mart (whey protein isolate) is very good too. -

I have highmark BCBS. It's semantics over the 6 months of monthly visits. Been in a supervised med/nutrition/exercise program for year and a half.

For those that are post-op, what would be good to focus on prior to sleeve? Core? Love to hear thoughts!

I have highmark BCBS. I've been in a medically supervised nutrition and exercise program that meets WEEKLY since 2011. I provided office notes from my primary that she'd recommended the program, and we've discussed it during visits. They denied me because it wasn't six consecutive monthly visits with my primary. Pretty bummed because I've met the Intention behind the requirement.

jessicakayyy: Did you follow the heating instructions? The package says to be sure not to heat past 140 degrees. Perhaps that would help? I would also recommend starting with a little at a time and stirring in slowly to a desired taste. I think "unflavored" is still going to have some flavor....it's just finding the balance. The unjury vanilla was wonderful--smooth, creamy and tasted like white chocolate. I mixed with 8oz 1% milk. The website says the unflavored does not mix well with water. Perhaps milk would be better (my sample of it and the chicken broth flavor are in the mail)! Wal Marts "Six Star Whey Isolate" vanilla is also very good. Not as thick and filling as the Unjury Vanilla, but still very good.
