Thanks for the tips guys! I hate Protein shakes, but I will definetely try the broth. I was thinking of buying the Protein Shakes made by Atkins. They have 15 grams of protein...they are super expensive though. The sacrifice we make for beauty! -

Yes! I'm schedule for surgery April 26th! I am so excited. Not looking forward to the 2 weeks of liquid diet before the surgery, but its so worth it. Congrats to everybody. This is my first time participating on a forum. I'm ready for my new life to begin!!
