It is a bit sweet but its only 2.5 ounces. I found them in Sports Authority but I just went to the website and they are acctually cheaper, and on sale right now too! I am going to give them a try for a bit because I just cant do the shakes and I have spent a fortune trying new ones.

I am having a really hard time with the protein shakes but today I found Protein to go, I picked up 3 different kinds and it is much easier for me to get down 2.5 ounces of this than a whole shake. Has anyone tried them? By the way they have 28 grams of protein in 2.5 ounces
