Well I had my check up with my surgeon. My bloods were perfect which is great. Also I have now lost 28.3kgs!!!! Dr Daoud is very happy with my loss. He also doesn't believe in goal weights. But does believe I'll have no problems getting down to 65-70kgs in 12 months. Well I'm over the moon this arvo

Well I get to see my surgeon for a checkup today!! I'm down 27.6kgs in 19 weeks. I reckon he will be very happy! I got to my first personal goal of 115kgs (I'm now 114.9kg!) so I'm over the moon! I'll let u all know how I go. Oh and I'll see how my bloods went too I haven't been able to wear this top in 6 years!

I told everyone about 3 weeks before I had it. All my friends were fantastic about it and still are. So are my family except my sister. She just said the other day "at least I'm losing the hard way"!!! She reckons it came out wrong but I know she really ment it. But oh well I just don't talk to her about my weightloss or anything now lol. U need to feel comfortable about who u tell. When u feel it's the right time u'll do it

Don't freak out! On my pre op i had one meal of lean meat and very low carb veg. U'll be fine. So don't worry and just get back on the wagon -
I can run up my back stairs!!!! I haven't been able to do that for awhile!!

Wow Aussiegirl!!! U look fantastic!!!! I'm not worried about hairloss as I have always had it due to PCOS. Misty ur looking great! I just started going through my clothes and have a big stripy bag full ready for my garage sale in november lol

So so so happy!!!!! I have now lost my first 25.1kgs!!! That is since 20th May (start of pre op) doing the happy dance Oh and I'm down 10 BMI points

I mowed my front yard and it only took me 20 mins instead of 45mins!! Plus my yard is very steep so I was so happy with that. Plus I can now bend down and touch the ground which I haven't been able to do in years. Can I just say I'm over the moon!!!!
