Had my one year jabs done and my iron is low. The supplements cause me to be horribly constipated. Anybody have any suggestions on how to boost iron a different way?

Has anyone encountered "you better not lose anymore weight". I have heard it more than a few times and it's got me a bit messed up. I'm 5' 4" and I'm 140 (HW 266). Thanks for helping me out! Love this group!

Year out what do you eat on daily basis?
mtchick replied to JessicaDiane1021's topic in Food and Nutrition
Personally I can't eat bread of any kind (I'm Celiac/gluten free). It sticks and is very, very painful! I'm almost 11 months. Protein shake & Greek yogurt breakfast. Turkey bites, string cheese or chili for lunch. Small bag of Cheetos for a snack (I'm human!). Protein bar for dinner. I need more fruits and veggies???? -
Gluten Intolerant and Sleeve, Anyone have and advice?
mtchick replied to Mini Me Wanna~Be's topic in Food and Nutrition
I have Celiac and was sleeved 11 months ago. One of my favorite foods is Subway????. I order a turkey sub without the bread. They put it in a salad bowl for me and I eat it with a knife & fork. Greek yogurt, string cheese and turkey bites are a staple for me. I don't eat bread at all, even gluten free. Doesn't go down or sit well???? -
