How are you 2 coming along? This week is the big week for you!!! I am down 42 pounds now and for the 1st time in 11 years, my weight does NOT start with a 3!! That felt amazing to see that # on the scale! I am so excited for you guys!

If it is stressing you out that bad, I would not pre pre diet. Just wait until you start your optifast. It was hard for me not to have a food funeral everyday and I eventually realized that I was just making it that much harder on myself for after surgery. I was a nervous wreck the day of surgery and considered walking out of the hospital a few times lol. Just take a breather, and think about all the good things that are about to come for you!! I am 31 days out and down 35 pounds. You can do this!!!

So today I am 4weeks out, and have felt pretty good, until Saturday I started having some pain around me biggest incision (but on the inside).....is this common?

Butterfly, is it a stabbing pain? Maybe you should get that checked out just to be safe! Good luck!

I have been struggling getting my protein in because I just can't stand the chalky taste but I just tried this from GNC and it is absolutely delicious!!! No after taste and no sticky/chalky taste

It's 24g of protein....I didn't see any single serve packs but they do have a bag you can buy for $15 instead of a big tub.

It's crazy to me that every dr has different rules but Iguess they know what's best for us lol. I weighed myself today, I'm down 32lbs. I've been doing it every few days but think I'm going to start weighing only once a week. I'm so excited for all of us!

Dr.Zeni out of St.Mary's. A few people I know have gone through him and highly recommend him. I have nothing bad to say about him or his staff they've been amazing!

They told us we could have it from Wendy's...I pureed it and was only able to eat 2ounces before I was full but it was a nice change of pace! Today was the 1st day I could have that.

I live in MI but am covered by BCBS of Rhode Island and was approved with no issues at all
