Thank you. I had a better week but there were only a few good days. Its as if i never had the surgery but i did. So i need to reset my body and restrain my brain. A point i have been to many times. My highest was 345. Im now 238-245. It swings. I was really happy at 215-220. So there you are right. I need to work at 25-30 pounds not 100-200 lbs. I'm am just afraid it will keep going up and ill be 300 again. Fear is a great motivator until someone puts the food in front of me and I choose to eat it for whatever reason. Mostly comfort from celebration or stress or loneliness. I know this. Now to get around it.

Im 2.5 years out. Im so frustrated. Seems one meal can put weight on me. Im searching for that sane motivation i longed for all my life abd im not finding it.

Day two. I ate three meals but snacking was minimal. More conscious. My next fluid fasting day this week will be Friday.

I was 344. Went down to 212. Maintained that for six months. Now I'm 244. And scared. I cant be 300 again I just cant.

Ok here I am 44 and just got on the scales and now there is 30 pounds to lose. Never Mind I was 50 from goal at my lowest (212) Gonna do the 5:2. I have avoided it long enough. I have a six hour drive with my adult daughter and my grandson. And tomorrow my first fast day. I got this. What was I thinking eating what I want for the last Year. am I too Late?

My surgery was a year ago Jan7. I have 128 pounds gone. Got 50 plus more to go. I lost 100 first six months and 28 the second. I hope to lose 25 this next six months. -

I am three weeks away from my one year anniversary. I have 116 pounds gone. Still weighing 217. Up and down five pounds most all fall. I would love to be under 200 by check up but not realistic. Im picking at choc and sugary things more. Restriction still there most times. Head hunger is a battle daily. I hope to reach goal of 180 by june. -

Surgery wt. 329 Current wt. 222 Surgery jan7,2013 Struggling with grazing and snacking most days and i believe that is slowing wt loss very much. I need to deal with this right now. I increased intensity of exercise this week and i feel results but all for not if i keep eating candy, crackers and other carbs. I have ti get my head in this right now.
