    Boobs & Butt

I'm a year and a half post surgery and I've lost 100lbs since my highest recorded weight. Boobs- I went from a 40 DD to a 36 DD...they are still big but I think since I'm tall I still look in proportion. Definitly they have lost their fullness and roundness but I'm 50 so it was bound to happen I guess I just wear a good bra and continue to exercise hoping that they catch up to the rest of me... Butt - I had a big one, too big so I think it looks better at least in clothes it's alittle droopy but at least it doesn't have ceulite anymore... so thats a positive.
  2. grateful for my good health, being fit, not as flabby as I feared, NO celulite, thin legs, still have big boobs, I'm 10 pounds from goal, 100 lbs lost since my heaviest recorded weight, I'm active, I wore a 2 piece for the first time in almost 20 yrs this summer, almost flat belly, and the most important results... no more high blood pressure, no more border-line suger diabetes, no more shots in my back to stop chronic back pain from herniated disc, My biggest surprise other than my success of finally being successful at weightloss and how well I eat and work at staying alert on my eating habits is that after I lost alot of my hair post surgery... it came back curly!!!which I love. No REGRETS, I am happy with my choice but understand that it is a personal one... and it takes commitment. This is not a sure thing and I respect my little stomach and though... I guess I've changed on the outside I hope that I am still the same on the inside. Thank you for allowing me to brag a bit...I hope others will share their 1 + year out stories too.

    down 70 lbs

I think your doing great. I've lost 70 lbs ( 14 prior to surgery 3/21/13 56 post surgery) I'm in touch w another sleever who had his surgery 2 weeks after me and he's already lost 100lbs but each of us have more or less to lose, diff body types, diff metabolism etc I just stay positive and grateful for the very slow loss I'm still having (about 1lb a wk) We'll all get there w time. Good luck to you and all of us
  5. I had to lose weight for a few health reasons...3 months out , 8 mo of healthy eatting= 64 lbs gone...I feel great and some health issues are gone...with continued weight loss and energy I hope to be at my best by my 50th b day! Another positive ...that belly pouch is almost GONE ...for the first time I'm seeing what the scale shows :)

  6. I love making healthy delicious dinners...but I have to admit sometimes I get dissappointed when I can only eat such a small amt. It tastes so good I want more! I know it's best that I can't and honestly I'm so happy with the results so far...just hoping that with time I'll get used to my little meals and not long for more...
  7. two months since my sleeve and I feel wonderful. I'm halfway to goal and starting to feel used to my new way of eating. I feel so hopeful!

  8. don't be so hard on yourself..but instead remember why you did your sleeve. Be honest with yourself. Are you walking each day, exercising? We know the sleeve is only a tool to get us on the road to a healthy weight and lifestyle. Respect your self ...think when you go to eat "is this worth eatting" Maybe you need to find other hobbies you enjoy that keep you busy and content. Think " am I really hungry" make sure your getting your protien and water each day.I know you can do it...forget about these last few days ... your still 50lbs lighter and YOU CAN get to and stay at your goal! You deserve it have a great, healthy eatting, productive day...even if you take ot one day at a ti,e
  9. 5 weeks post op, 27 lbs off since surgery, jeans are loose, energy is high, I am feeling proud and hopeful

    coffee?

I never had a restriction on Coffee, they even gave it to me in the hospital. But, strangly enough I can't seem to drink more then a few sips of it..it just doesn't taste good anymore...I think I've completely lost the desire for it?
