I had to lose weight for a few health reasons...3 months out , 8 mo of healthy eatting= 64 lbs gone...I feel great and some health issues are gone...with continued weight loss and energy I hope to be at my best by my 50th b day! Another positive ...that belly pouch is almost GONE ...for the first time I'm seeing what the scale shows
